What I see is you using a internet archive that travels back in newgrounds timeline and appears to be a old newgrounds logo that been used around 2001 to 2006 and the button that takes you to where you want to go. For example: if you click on the games, it will take you to the game portal where there are flash games like pico, madness combat interactive or some click to play games
